Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.
We can refund payment for your ordered product or products only if you return them within 72 hours from delivery in a good manner, so we can sell them again. You must contact us by email within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a return. For all refunds we will deduct the shipping and handling cost we incur or 25% of the total value of the returned products, whichever is higher.There will be no refund after a gap of 72 hours from the date of parcel delivered to customer or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned.Although we can resend it for a nominal cost for shipping.
