Direction of use
Put 1 cup water and 1 cup milk or 2 cups water in saucepan.

Add 1 teaspoonful tea and stir the mixture.
Boil the mixture and simmer it on low heat until it reaches 1 cup.
Stain the tea and add sweetener if needed (drink without sugar).
